At WardrobeFit.co.uk, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our service. However, as a service-based business involving custom work, refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Deposits
All deposits paid to secure bookings or initiate projects are non-refundable. This covers time spent on consultations, planning, and reserving your installation date.
2. Cancellations

Client-initiated cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a partial refund of any advance payment made (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for any refund due to time and scheduling costs incurred.
3. Post-Installation
As our services involve customized work, we do not offer refunds once installation is complete, except in cases where:

The work is proven to be defective or incomplete due to our error

A solution or repair cannot be agreed upon or delivered within a reasonable time
In such cases, we will assess the situation and may offer a partial refund or corrective work at our discretion.
4. IKEA Product Refunds
We do not sell IKEA products directly. For returns or refunds related to IKEA items, please contact IKEA or refer to their return policy. We are not responsible for defective or delayed IKEA products.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, extreme weather, illness). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule, but refunds may not apply.
