WardrobeFit.co.uk is a UK-based business offering professional custom installation services for IKEA PAX wardrobes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by IKEA.

 

2. Services

We offer design consultation, measurement, customization, and installation of IKEA PAX wardrobes. All services are subject to availability and final confirmation after an initial consultation.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due as agreed in the project quote, typically upon completion or in phases.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

 
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • WardrobeFit.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

 
5. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring access to the installation site at the agreed time.

  • You must ensure the area is clear and prepared for work to begin.

  • All IKEA products must be on-site prior to installation unless otherwise arranged.

 
6. Product Disclaimer

We use IKEA products for our installations. WardrobeFit.co.uk is not responsible for manufacturing defects in IKEA items or delays caused by IKEA product availability.

 
7. Custom Work & Modifications

Custom adjustments to IKEA PAX units are made to fit your space and needs. Once completed, these modifications may void the original IKEA warranty. We are not responsible for warranty claims related to such changes.

 
8. Limitation of Liability

We take every precaution to deliver high-quality service, but we are not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues or incorrect measurements provided by the client

  • Minor cosmetic defects unless directly caused by our work

  • Delays due to third-party suppliers (e.g., IKEA) or force majeure events

 
9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of WardrobeFit.co.uk and may not be reproduced without permission.

 
10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
